Irreversible MAOI increasing serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine.
Metabolism & Half‑life
- Metabolism: CYP2A6 and CYP2C19, rapid onset due to amphetamine-like structure.
- Half‑life: ~2 h (pharmacodynamic effect 7 days).
